What is the turnaround time for installation on your locations?

Advertiser/agency must supply artwork at least two weeks prior to the installation date. This will ensure completion by the posting date. If OTR Media Group is to develop the creative/production, then the advertiser/agency must approve the final artwork three weeks prior to the posting date. Depending on certain circumstances we are able to accomodate last minute projects.

How should artwork be submitted to OTR?

When working with very large graphics, it is more convenient to work at a scale of 1 inch = 2 feet (½ inch = 1 foot). If your image requires a bleed, provide a minimum of 3" bleed at actual size. For full pocket bleed on billboards, add an 8 inch bleed outside of the live image area.

What file types are acceptable?

Photoshop (.psd), Illustrator (.ai) files work best. JPEG (.jpg) files are accepted for our painted locations.

What media are acceptable?

We accept DVDs disks and CD’s.

What materials do you generally work with?

Usually we work with mesh, vinyl flex and paint (for some locations).

Will my artwork be subject to final approval by OTR?

Due to city guidelines, OTR must approve all final artwork before it is produced.

Who provides the artwork for the locations?

Our clients usually provide the artwork for the location(s) they lease. However, we can create a dynamic idea for you if you require our help with artwork.

What types of units are available at OTR’s locations?

Our inventory now consists of bulletins, wallscapes, and painted wallscapes.Also, coming soon, NYC Bus Wraps.

What market do you specialize in?

We specialize in the #1 fast paced busy environment that is NYC. Therefore, we know how to get some of the busiest people to take notice of your work.

How are OTR’s locations contracted?

Our locations have rotary and/or permanent contract options.

What is an extension?

An extension is the part of you advertisement that extends beyond the dimensions of the bulletin or wallscape. Please note that extensions are not available on all locations.
